1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern all sales made through this website (“Site”), owned and operated by El Hadi El Yashrut (“we,” “our,” “us”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products
We currently sell a single physical book. All product descriptions are as accurate as possible, but minor variations (e.g. in print quality) may occur.

3. Orders & Payment
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By submitting payment information, you confirm you are authorized to use that method.

4. Shipping

• We ship worldwide.

• Delivery times vary depending on destination. International orders may be subject to customs delays or fees (which are the buyer’s responsibility).

• We are not responsible for incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.

5. Refunds & Returns

• Refunds or replacements are available if your book arrives damaged, defective, or fails to arrive within 30 days (international) or 14 days (domestic).

• Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the book, with proof (e.g. photo of damage).

• Refunds will be processed via Stripe back to the original payment method.

• We do not accept refunds for change of mind.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, or loss caused by incorrect delivery details provided by the buyer.

7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of your country of residence, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
